How accurate is SonicWorks' APNS?
Our system precision is a function of operating frequency and a total range, and achieves accuracy ranging from millimeter to centimeter. Digital signal processing is used to achieve high precision with a typical accuracy of plus or minus 3mm at 300 kHz over a 100 meter range.

Will motion, temperature of the water or depth affect the accuracy of my SonicWorks' APNS?
No, absolutely not. SonicWorks' motion compensation technology allows the system to operate effectively under almost any conditions. Typical variables that effect accurate measurement have been addressed in the system design; a sound velocity-meter, hydrophone and source analysis capability are built into the unit. The systems net components monitor water temperature and element depth directly.

Will I be able to receive technical support from SonicWorks on my APNS?
Yes, available by phone (401 682-2073) or e-mail (support@sonicworks.com). Operation of the system is through a Windows Based GUI, and is straight forward and easy to learn. System software includes tools for system set up, maintenance and troubleshooting. The SonicWorks' APNS also includes a built-in simulator for training. SonicWorks will provide training at its' facilities or at customer's option, at worksite of his choosing.
